Information we use

The waitlist collects your name, email address, phone number, selected game and player ID, with your consent. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your basic Google account identity, including your name, email address and profile picture, to sign you in and associate your PlayPause account with your activity.

Checkout and support can collect the game recipient IDs, selected products, contact details, payment references and any order-related information or images you choose to provide. Payment processing and availability depend on the payment method enabled at checkout.

Why we use it

We use waitlist details to manage registrations, send launch updates and contact selected giveaway winners. Account and order information is used to authenticate you, maintain your purchase history, verify payments, arrange delivery and respond to support requests. Waitlist registration is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

PlayPause uses Supabase for hosted account authentication and database storage, Vercel for website hosting, and the payment service selected at checkout when that method is enabled. Necessary order and recipient details may be shared with the service provider fulfilling your selected product. Staff access is restricted to the relevant administration and support functions.

Sign-in sessions and checkout recovery use browser storage and cookies. Request identifiers and limited technical records help protect the service against abuse and investigate errors.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to ask about your information, correct waitlist or account details, withdraw from launch updates, or request removal of your registration or account data. We may need to verify that a request belongs to you. Some order, payment and security records may need to be retained to resolve transactions and meet applicable obligations.

Player Pass image exports contain the editable display name and selected game, rather than your submitted contact and player-ID fields. Sharing a pass is your choice.
